I really wish I had a digital camera so I could show what I have looked like this past week. Waiting for film to develope stinks.
Friday was Homecoming and the theme was New York, so Elisabeth and I dressed up like models. Stephen was a cab driver. Aaron was a mob gangster and Jillian was his China doll. Aaron got some toy guns and we spent a decent portion of the night blowing each other apart. It was fun.
This week is Spirit week as well. Yesterday was Tacky Day. That was fun. Today was movie character day. Elisabeth and I took advantage of this fact and painted ourselves blue like the warrior women in King Arthur. We also went into the woods yesterday and got some big sticks and then borrowed Aarons hatchet and made pikes. I like pikes. Apparantly the creepy security guard does too. He drove by when we were making them last night and said that he "admires our pleasures". Weird.
So anyway. Yay for blue paint, pikes, and ancient celtic warrior women. I'll get pics up here as soon as I can.

So sometime last week I wrote this really long post about lots of stuff that has happened since I've been at college and everything, and when I went to post it, blogger said that it was down and apparantly did not save my really long post, so...that was frustrating.
Probably for a little while I think that I will just write short posts so that they don't die. 'Cause now I don't feel like writing everything again.

Exciting new update
So something exciting happened in the little world of my fishtank this week (You know, it almost getting so my fishtank needs a name). Rainbow learned a trick. He will now accept food from my hand, or fingers as it were. I was studying in my red chair next to the fishtank and I look over and, even though I had already fed him that day, Rainbow was feigning starvation. He was swimming up and down and stareing at me and presented an overall image of a severly starved, lonely and pathetic fish. So I got up and dropped a bloodworm in the tank for him. He jumped up and gobbled up this relatively long bloodworm in absolutely no time at all. So I dropped a few more little ones in. He gobbled them up to. I was then that I had the idea to get a long bloodworm, and hold it between my fingers to see what Rainbow would do. He went straight up and ate right from my fingers. I was so excited I called Elisabeth right away. Then I ran down the hall to tell Ashley. Needless to say, Elisabeth was a bit more excited than Ashley was. So, since then, I've made Rainbow eat from my hand before I will feed him. He was a bit timid at first, but today he was pecking at my finger as if he was trying to eat it. It's quite and interesting sensation to have little fish lips nipping at your finger. I believe that I will choose to think that Rainbow is giving me affectionate little fishie kisses. It's quite sweet when you think of it like that. The plus side for Rainbow is that he is now getting fed more often because it amuses me to feed him now. I hope that I will be able to get Rainbow a tankmate(s) soon. He looks really lonely and bored to me.
